We are a foster-based program without a brick-and-mortar location.  Primary communication with our group is through social media, emailing and texting.  However, you can also contact Papa's Cat Cafe, which serves as our "de-facto" store front and largest foster home.  The staff at the cafe is very knowledgeable and can answer many questions you might have about Barnie's Place and our cats.
